The real problem

Most websites don't fail because of how they look. They fail because of what they leave unclear.

Coaches and consultants sell expertise people can’t see in advance. When a website doesn’t do the explaining, good visitors leave quietly, and you never hear from them.

01

Unclear messaging

Visitors can’t tell within a few seconds who you help and what changes for them.

02

Structure without a story

The pages exist, but they don’t follow the order in which people actually make decisions.

03

Weak trust signals

Your experience and proof are there, but not where doubt appears.

04

Navigation that makes people think

Too many choices, vague labels and no obvious route through the site.

05

No clear next step

Interested visitors reach the end of a page with nowhere obvious to go.

If two or more of these sound familiar, the issue isn't the design alone. It's the plan behind it.

Design vs strategy

A page can look finished and still not do its job.

The difference between a website that looks good and one that works for your business is decided long before the design stage.

Designing pages

Planning a website

Services

Four ways to turn your website into a business asset.

Every project is scoped to what your business actually needs. The platform is chosen to fit how you work: Wix, Wix Studio, WordPress or Squarespace.

Strategic Website Design

A new website planned around your audience, positioning and goals, then designed to communicate your value with clarity and confidence.

Website Redesign

For a site that looks dated, says too little or no longer reflects the level you work at. We keep what works and rebuild what doesn't.

Conversion-Focused Page Structure

Strategy and wireframes for your key pages, so every section earns its place and moves visitors towards an enquiry.

Website Development

Clean, responsive builds on the platform that suits you, set up so you can update everyday content yourself after launch.

How we work together

Strategy first. Then design. Then build.

A clear process means fewer surprises. At every stage you’ll know what we’re working on, what I need from you and what comes next.

01

Discovery

We talk through your business, clients, offers and goals, and review your current website if you have one.

02

Strategy & structure

I map the pages, the messaging hierarchy and the route each visitor should take before any design begins.

03

Design

Typography, colour, layout and imagery are shaped to support the message, not compete with it.

04

Development

I build the approved design on your chosen platform, responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile.

05

Review & launch

We refine the details together, check the essentials and launch. You’ll know how to make everyday updates.

Selected work

The thinking behind the work.

Projects for coaches, consultants and service businesses. Each one started with the same question: what does the right visitor need to understand, believe and do?

About Wajid

I design websites the way a strategist would plan them.

I’m Wajid, a strategic website designer. Over more than five years and 200+ websites, I’ve helped coaches, consultants and service-based businesses turn what they know into websites that communicate it.

My work sits between strategy and design. Before I think about colour or layout, I want to understand who you serve, why they choose you and what they need to see before they get in touch. The design follows from that.

I explain my thinking along the way, keep you involved at the right moments and pay attention to the details that make a website feel considered.

FAQ

Questions clients usually ask first.

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Ask it on a strategy call or include it in your quotation request.

It depends on the scope, but most projects cover discovery, strategy and page structure, design, development and launch. Before we start, you’ll receive a clear outline of what’s included.

Wix, Wix Studio, WordPress and Squarespace. I’ll recommend the one that suits your goals, your budget and how you’d like to manage the site yourself.

Every project is quoted individually, because a focused site for a new coaching practice is very different from a larger consultancy website. Request a quotation with a short outline and I’ll come back with a proposal based on your scope.

Timelines depend on the number of pages, the amount of content and how quickly feedback moves. You’ll get a realistic schedule once the scope is clear.

It helps, but it isn’t essential. The strategy stage clarifies what each page needs to say, which makes writing or refining content much easier. We’ll agree who is responsible for what at the start.

Yes. A redesign starts with a review of what is and isn’t working, so we keep what serves you and rebuild the rest around a clearer structure.

Yes. Your site is set up so you can edit text, images and everyday content. If you’d prefer support after launch, we can discuss ongoing maintenance.

Next step

Let's plan a website that does more of the explaining for you.

Choose the route that suits where you are. Either way, you’ll get a considered reply about your project.

Book a Strategy Call

Best if you’re ready to talk through your goals, your current website and what a new one needs to achieve.

Request a Website Quotation

Best if you already know what you need and would like to outline your requirements in writing first.

Every project is custom and quoted according to scope.
